Overview
This website is operated by RagingMoto. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to RagingMoto. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or place an order.
1. Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state or country of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependants in your care to use this site.
2. Products
We make every effort to show our products, colours and LED effects as accurately as possible. Actual brightness and colour may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions and your screen. Product availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.
4. Shipping
Delivery times shown on our site are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Use of Our Products, Road Safety and Local Laws
RagingMoto products are novelty and expression accessories. You are fully responsible for how and where you use them. Before mounting or using any product on a helmet, vehicle or window, you must check and follow all local laws, including rules on vehicle lighting, coloured lights, window obstructions, helmet modifications and public displays. Never mount a product where it blocks your view, interferes with safety equipment, or distracts you while riding or driving, and never operate the remote while riding or driving. Use the products respectfully. RagingMoto is not responsible for any fines, penalties, disputes, damages, injuries or consequences arising from the use or misuse of our products.
7. Installation and Product Care
Follow all included instructions. Adhesive mounting may leave marks or affect certain surfaces and finishes, so test on a small area first where possible. We're not responsible for damage to helmets, vehicles, glass, paint or other surfaces resulting from installation or removal.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those required by applicable consumer protection laws, and we don't guarantee that any product will be legal for use in your area.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RagingMoto and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the RagingMoto name, logo, images, videos, text and designs, belongs to RagingMoto and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
11. User Content and Reviews
If you submit reviews, photos, videos or comments, you grant us permission to use, display and share that content in our marketing without payment. You confirm that anything you submit is your own and doesn't break any laws or anyone else's rights.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
Our site may include links or tools from third parties. We're not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
